FASHION FUNDS THE CURE FOR THE NATIONAL PEDIATRIC CANCER FOUNDATION

For the second year in row, Kristin Sanchez co-emceed Fashion Funds the Cure at the Boca Town Center. The show begins with pediatric cancer patients walking the runway with professional models and ends with them dressed up as what they want to be when they grow up. Each child model will be joined on the runway by a professional working in the field they dream of being part of. In between, models will walk the runway wearing the latest fashions from Town Center.

Kristin co-emceed Fashion Funds the Cure at the Boca Towne Center which has been delighting audiences and giving children battling cancer the experience of a lifetime on the runway while raising critical funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research. This nationwide runway tour shares the story of local children battling cancer and weaves their dreams for the future into a high-fashion, upscale event.

Kristin Sanchez emceed the 2019 Miss Arc Broward Pageant for the second year in a row. Fourteen girls competed in the seventh annual Miss Arc Broward Pageant presented by Holland & Knight.

The Miss Arc Broward Tea Party serves as the kick-off party for the 7th Annual Miss Arc Broward Pageant. Kristin Sanchez had the honor of emceeing the afternoon Tea Party. Contestants made up of young women, with various disabilities, who are competing in the famed pageant. The Miss Arc Broward Pageant is known to empower young women with disabilities.

Kristin Sanchez was one of the many checking out the more than 30+ runway shows and activations by top brands in swimwear, and even a consumer-driven pop-up double decker overlooking Miami Beach.

Miami Beach Pride celebrates with a week of activations from April 1 through 7, its biggest event is the Sunday procession on Ocean Drive in the Art Deco District. Kristin Sanchez rallied the crowards and represented her station, NBC 6, who was a proud sponsor of Miami Beach Gay Pride Parade.

Kristin Sanchez had a dish dedicated to her at the 93X Tacofest. At Southwest Florida's largest taco-inspired fiesta, the event is about more than delectable treats. A portion of the proceeds will help support an important cause in Southwest Florida. Each year, funds from this festival goes to different causes. This year, some of the proceeds were allocated to the Boys & Girls Club in Lee County.

Kristin Sanchez was the recognition lead of the American Cancer Society of Naples Event Leadership Team. By chairing the Relay, she helped lead the fight against cancer.

The event brought dogs and their owners together for a mini noncompetitive walk event benefiting the Relay for Life of Naples and its goal to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society's fight against cancer.
